The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) community practice group is a weekly gathering focused on building mindfulness and self-compassion skills. Mindfulness enables us to embrace our experiences with openness, while self-compassion involves responding to challenges with kindness and understanding. Participants engage in activities aimed at fostering self-kindness, recognizing shared humanity, and cultivating mindful awareness. Research indicates that cultivating self-compassion is associated with improved emotional well-being, reduced anxiety and depression, healthier habits, and more fulfilling relationships. This group is by donation only, no one is turned away for lack of funds. The suggested donation amount is $150-$200 for all 8 sessions. If you would prefer to make a sliding scale donation, please contact us.
