“I attended Rami's Mindfulness Self-Compassion group at a transition point in my life and career. I'd gone to personal therapy sessions with Rami, and I found her to be calm, gentle, and non-judgmental, as well as incredibly knowledgeable and professional as a psychologist. When I heard she would be facilitating this course I signed up right away. I attended the sessions as a bit of a mess, and left as a self-accepting mess! I learned so much about how to live in a loving, gentle, and mindful way. My emotions and thoughts are no longer something that I struggle to control or resist. I've learned to allow space to live with open curiosity, compassion, and acceptance of myself and others. Practicing non-judgement and self-love, even if I'm not my 'ideal' self, is a revolutionary act, especially as a woman.
